YGa、YGb系列辊道用三相异步电动机简称：辊道电机。辊道电机分为：普通辊道电机、变频辊道电机。下面是辊道电机英文说明书。YG series roller three-phase asynchronous motors have the advantages: small size, light weight, good performance, reliable, and easy to maintenance. This series of motors can operate continuously or intermittently in poor working conditions, in which they would be frequently started and stopped, braked, reversing, reverse braking etc. they have a high overload capacity, they are special motors which used in steel industy for rolling or transporting, they can also be applied to other machinery and equipment. This motor can be divided into YGa and YGb 2 different types due to its application purpose. YGa type motor has a strong stalling torque, high dynamic constant and soft mechanical properties, it can be frequently started and stopped, braked and even reverse operated, it applies to individual work roller drag roller metallurgical industry. YGb type motor has large power, high efficiency and hard mechanical propertied. Usually only has a one-way operation, applies to individual conveying roller drag roller metallurgical industry. The rated voltage of the motor is 380V, rated frequency is 50Hz, the structure is Y-shape, and it can be started with full voltage. While maintaining the condition that the voltage is proportional to the frequency, YGa motor can be operated between 20 and 80Hz (but the stalling torque and dynamic constant will be changing according to frequency); YGa motor can be operated in a range from 5 to 80 Hz. YGa motor is mainly used for intermittent duty, duty cycle is showed with the parameter Fc, it has four different types: 15%, 25%, 40%, 60%, and the 40% type is the standard one. YGb motor is mainly used for continuous duty.
